On Tuesday afternoon, screen industry elites from around Australia and the globe will gather at the Crown Conference Centre, Melbourne for three days of discussion and debate on the issues facing our local film, television and new media sector.
Screen Producers Australia (SPA) is excited to announce that The Hon Paul Fletcher MP, Minister for Communications, Cyber Safety and the Arts will be in attendance at the event to speak at the Welcome, slated to begin at 1pm.

The stories we share on screen contribute to our sense of identity and national pride, and help connect us with one another and the rest of the world. The industry also supports many local jobs for skilled creatives. I look forward to the conference being highly productive and useful in shaping the future of Australia’s screen industry.”
Also speaking at the Welcome is Caroline Pitcher (CEO, Film Victoria), Matthew Deaner (CEO, Screen Producers Australia) and Ian Robertson AO (President, Film Victoria).
